The mission: create a Shopify Plus storefront with global reach, complex logistics handling, and a premium frontend experience — all while maintaining full brand control across markets.

A major focus was building an advanced system for gas cylinder delivery and return across multiple countries — with flexible logic, smart UX, and operational reliability.

Together, we mapped out advanced delivery logic, multi-market infrastructure via Shopify Markets, and powerful CMS tools to keep content flexible without compromising design.

The most complex piece: a custom-built system to handle gas cylinder exchanges, enabling users to order full cylinders while returning empties — synced with inventory, shipping and country-specific flows.
