The goal was to elevate Lisa Yang’s ecommerce experience across every touchpoint — from visual storytelling and performance to backend control and global scale.
With rapid growth in both new and existing markets, the new Shopify Plus build needed to enable flexible content, seamless launches, and a frontend that matched the brand’s quiet luxury feel.

Navigation, filtering and collections were rethought for both fashion and function — giving customers a curated journey from homepage to checkout.
