The goal

We started with a full rebuild on Shopify Plus — a clean slate with performance and flexibility in focus. Together with Relode, we mapped out key functionality for growth, including custom bundles, localized content, and a scalable backend for ongoing drops and new formats like Athlete Club.

The Plan

We kicked things off with a full-scale Standard project — a custom Shopify Plus build from the ground up.
Once launched, we transitioned into a Subscription setup to keep the momentum going. Through continuous development, CRO, and monthly growth cycles, Relode’s store is now evolving as fast as the brand itself.
