Not really. While we do not currently offer dedicated SEO services, we ensure that the Shopify stores we create are optimized for SEO in terms of structure. Our focus is on building a solid foundation for your store's SEO performance by implementing best practices in website architecture. When it comes to data migration from other platforms to Shopify, we follow a structured and efficient process to ensure a smooth transition.

1. Data Assessment:

• We begin with a thorough assessment of the client's existing platform and the data they wish to migrate to Shopify.
• This includes understanding the types of data (e.g., products, customers, orders) and their formats.

Our process for designing Shopify stores differ between the Project packages, but all design is made in a Figma document, which you’ll be invited to after the initial project workshop. 

In the Standard package the design phase spans over 3 weeks, starting with a Research & Structure phase, then Design phase where you will feedback and iterate together with our designers, ending with a Design lock before the design is handed over to the developers for them to start development on the Shopify store.

In the Premium package the design phase spans over 5 weeks, starting similarly to the Standard package with a Research & Structure phase, then a Design phase with feedback in Figma, ending with a Design lock in Figma before the design is handed over to our developers.

Yes. As part of our Project packages we also include a brief onboarding into the world of Shopify. If you would like additional training in Shopify during the Project, that can also be added in to ensure you’re on top of things when we go live.

Yes. We assist you in setting this up to make sure you won’t need us the next time anything needs changing. Teach a man to fish etc.

Shopify as a platform ensures a lot when it comes to the security of your store. If you have further questions on Shopify and store security, book a meeting and we’ll answer your questions to our best efforts.

In our Project packages we always offer a support period of around 1 to 2 weeks once the store has gone live. If any bugs or questions come up during this period will be quick to offer assistance.

Once that period comes to an end we recommend you as a merchant sign up for a Support package. The Support package offers quick answers on Shopify matters, speedy bug fixing, but perhaps most importantly, gives you ease of mind knowing that coi will be there if sh*t hits the fan.
